Shopee越南本土店调整快线政策，5月11日起实施新规并给予过渡期

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">Shopee越南本土店近日发布公告，宣布自2026年5月11日起，将对在胡志明市设有自取地址的Shopee Mall及Favorite Shop+卖家（限快运河运营区域内）实施新的快线渠道政策，旨在通过优化服务帮助卖家提升转化率并触达城市快速购货需求的客户；为确保卖家平稳过渡，平台在第一阶段推出多项支持措施，包括在2026年4月13日至5月10日期间暂不执行《A.3节》关于Express频道产品比例的要求，并自4月13日起暂停因违反快递渠道“延迟送达率”规定而触发的Dumbbell Star处罚（具体恢复时间待定），同时建议卖家仍需遵守订单处理时限以维护声誉，此外平台预计于4月上线“高速公路通道”订单挂起功能，以便卖家在高峰时段主动调控接单量，具体细节将另行通知。</div>
