TikTok Shop美区调整退货规则，6月起买家责任退货运费由商家全额承担

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">TikTok Shop美区近日发布公告，宣布自2026年6月起，因“不再需要”“尺码不合适”等买家责任类退货所产生的全部退货运费将由商家全额承担，此前部分情况下由平台或买家分摊的机制随之取消，平台表示此举旨在给予商家更多定价自主权并实现成本透明可控；与此同时，为配套新政，TikTok将实现全链路经营成本可视化以帮助商家优化运营，并即将上线可选的“商家保障险”，以缓解退货成本异常波动、提升卖家财务稳定性，平台也建议商家及时更新退货规则配置、优化商品详情页信息以减少买家原因退货，并留意分阶段覆盖的站内通知。</div>
