第四轮跨境税务合规风暴来袭，深圳义乌等多地卖家被约谈

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">近期，深圳、东莞、义乌等多地大批跨境电商卖家集体收到税务局严厉预警并被约谈，监管部门重点核查2025年三四季度增值税申报数据，通过金税四期大数据与亚马逊等平台全量订单数据进行自动比对，发现不少卖家长期按平台回款（扣除佣金、广告费等后的净利润）申报增值税，而忽略了增值税计税基数应为买家支付的订单总额，导致收入差距过大；同时，对于无正规报关单、依赖买单出口或双清包税的卖家，其收入将被视同内销并强制补缴13%增值税，目前处于先自查后稽查的窗口期，主动申报整改责任最轻，若被立案稽查则将面临补税、滞纳金甚至刑事责任，卖家需尽快梳理销售额与流水差额，规范财务和报关流程以应对监管。</div>
