<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">亚马逊近日突然启动大规模AI合规严审，大批卖家一觉醒来发现店铺被停售、Listing全部变灰，短短数日内超2000家店铺陷入停摆，其中不乏经营多年、供应链清晰且无违规记录的合规卖家，但因系统会回溯近一年甚至更久的交易数据，许多卖家即便产品正品可溯、从未售假侵权，仍被AI判定违规，且申诉时无论提交多少采购发票、品牌授权等第三方证据，都难以撼动系统最初的“风险判定”，申诉渠道实质已变成“AI审AI”；与此同时，平台ASIN创建规则全面收紧，新ASIN必须提供完整品牌授权书（LOA）和近一年采购凭证，FBA也终止共享库存，非品牌卖家强制贴标，两类卖家运营逻辑根本分化，这本质上是亚马逊从“野蛮生长的集市”向“精品化的品牌商城”转型的“清场行动”，旨在淘汰无自有品牌的分销模式、扶持高利润品牌商品，卖家当务之急是立即梳理历史采购凭证确保信息一致，并尽快布局自有品牌以适应新的平台生态。</div>
