Shopee新马站点6月起征预售服务费，新加坡费率3%马来西亚2.16%

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">为持续优化用户体验，Shopee宣布自2026年6月1日（北京时间）起对新加坡及马来西亚站点的预售商品政策进行重大调整，正式引入预售商品订单服务费机制；其中，新加坡跨境卖家需缴纳3%（含税率）的服务费，马来西亚跨境卖家费率为2.16%（含税率），费用仅针对已完成订单的预售商品金额（扣除优惠折扣，不含运费）收取，取消订单及全额退款不收费，部分特定类目商品可享自动豁免，依赖预售模式的定制化商家还可联系客服申请长期或临时豁免；与此同时，平台放宽了预售占比限制，新加坡三方仓店铺预售占比上限由0%提升至20%，新加坡商城/优选卖家由5%提至20%，马来西亚商城/优选卖家则由5%提至10%，若店铺预售占比超标，将面临商品上限降至100件等处罚措施，新规意在平衡消费者收货体验与卖家备货灵活性。</div>
