拼多多“新拼姆”自营品牌推进，预计今年三季度上架销售

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">，拼多多“新拼姆”品牌自营计划正持续推进，今年4月财报会宣布未来三年投入1000亿元现金、第一期注资150亿元，目前已选定服装、家居、户外三个类目（服装、家居分别占TEMU GMV约40%、20%，户外为品牌不敏感、需求未饱和品类），正与羽绒服、冲锋衣等细分类目厂商谈判，预计今年三季度上架销售，产品主要面向美国和欧洲市场，暂不国内销售（国内竞争激烈、易与主站品牌商家冲突）；多个SHEIN合作工厂已被邀请入驻，合作模式为新拼姆参考市场爆款和自有数据自创品牌，给代工厂精细产品指引，产品不得转售第三方，由平台买断包销、自行定价营销，目前正寻找有完整供应链和设计能力、最好做过海外代工且有出口资质的供应商，意向合作商包括波司登、雅戈尔、骆驼等，供应商毛利率约10%-20%，商品售价为生产成本4-5倍、相当于同类大品牌5-7折或更低；平台承诺包销、订货预付部分款项，单笔合同每年可达数千万元甚至上亿元，靠前期筛选供应商和后期积分制管理（按积分调整订单量、淘汰供应商）管控品质，不会像SHEIN派团队驻厂监督，目前处于1.0阶段，预计1-2年完善后扩展品类。</div>
