Shopee发布中通快递轨迹查询新规，11月3日起直接送仓需填指定信息

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">为进一步强化用户信息安全防护并提升物流轨迹查询的准确性，继顺丰快递之后，中通快递将于11月3日正式升级轨迹查询要求，届时使用Shopee官方物流渠道的卖家需特别注意：若使用中通快递直接将货物送至Shopee仓库，11月3日后生成的快递收件信息必须严格填写平台指定的收件地址及座机号码，否则将无法获取揽收及物流轨迹信息，进而直接影响店铺的APT、FHR、NFR、LSR等关键履约指标；对于采用货代模式发货（即快递不直接送至Shopee仓）的卖家，平台建议自11月3日起更换除中通、顺丰以外的其他快递服务商；此外，平台目前正在开发相关产品功能，未来加入Shopee官方认证货代项目的卖家仍可继续使用顺丰和中通发货，卖家可前往物流手册附件中搜索“仓库收件地址及联系方式”查看具体详情。</div>
