巴西取消50美元以下跨境网购20%进口关税，速卖通卖家迎利好

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">巴西总统卢拉已签署行政令，取消对50美元以下跨境网购商品征收的20%进口关税（即“衬衫税”），该政策将直接降低巴西低收入群体网购成本，为包括阿里速卖通在内的跨境电商市场注入新活力；此前发往巴西的50美元以下包裹需叠加20%进口关税与17%州流转税（ICMS），综合税负率约44.5%，以45美元商品为例，新政前消费者到手价约65.03美元，新政后仅需缴纳17%州税，综合税负率降至约20.4%，到手价直降为54.18美元，相当于83折，既提升商品竞争力，也为卖家带来更多爆单机会。</div>
